信息化及全球化浪潮中,智力资本日益重要,本文以2011-2013年的478家家族上市公司为样本,从智力资本的视角探讨了家族企业中对职业经理人的激励与企业绩效之间的关系,研究发现:经理人激励与企业绩效之间存在显著的正向关系,货币薪酬、股权激励对企业绩效有显著的促进作用,而在职消费则会造成企业价值减损;智力资本具有改进绩效的功能,对企业绩效提升有着重要的促进作用;智力资本影响了职业经理人激励效果,对经理人激励起到了调节作用。据此,本文为构建合理激励方案,提升家族企业绩效提出相应的政策建议。
In the wave of informationization and globalization, intellectual capital is increasingly important. Based on the sample of 478 listed companies in 2011-2013, this paper explores the relationship between the motivation of professional managers and the firm’s performance in the family business from the perspective of intellectual capital Relationship, the study found that there is a significant positive relationship between managers’ motivation and corporate performance, monetary and equity incentives have a significant role in promoting corporate performance, while on-the-job consumption will result in corporate devaluation; intellectual capital has improved performance Function has an important role in promoting corporate performance. Intellectual capital has an effect on the motivation of professional managers and has played a regulatory role in encouraging managers. Accordingly, this article puts forward corresponding policy recommendations for building a reasonable incentive plan and enhancing the performance of family-owned enterprises.
