腹腔镜在胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔治疗方面得到了日益广泛的应用,以微创性、直观性及不断成熟的操作技能,使其适应证和手术范围不断扩大。本文回顾性分析我院2006年5月至2010年5月收治的胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者98例的病历资料,并对所采用的腹腔镜手术与开腹手术进行效果比较,报道如下：
