中国高梁胞质雄性不育系“601”是用60_(Co)γ射线照射中国高梁“跃-4-1”纯系风干种子,由诱发产生的胞质雄性不育突变体育成的,胞质亲缘关系和胞质效应研究证明,同西非迈罗胞质源高梁雄性不育系的关系是异缘胞质关系,胞质主效应表现为同效性。
Chinese sorghum cytoplasmic male sterile line “601” is made from 60K (Co) γ-rays irradiated Chinese sorghum “Yue-4-1” pure-line dried seeds and induced by cytoplasmic male sterility mutants. Genetic relationship and cytoplasmic effect studies have shown that the relationship with the cytoplasmic sorghum male sterile lines of West Africa is heterophile cytoplasmic, the main effect of the cytoplasm showed the same effect.
