目的介绍《尿中钒、铬、钴、镉、铊、铅的测定电感耦合等离子体质谱法》标准的制定依据和方法内容。方法按照GBZ/T 210.5—2008《职业卫生标准制定指南第5部分:生物材料中化学物质测定方法》标准尿样用体积分数为1.0%的硝酸稀释20倍后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪的标准模式和碰撞反应池模式进行测定,应用标准曲线内标校正法进行定量计算。结果 6种金属元素在测定范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均≥0.999 1,方法检出限为0.01~0.08μg/L,加标回收率为87.5%~105.8%,批内精密度为1.3%~5.2%,批间精密度为1.7%~7.2%。结论《尿中钒、铬、钴、镉、铊、铅的测定电感耦合等离子体质谱法》标准方法能同时测定尿中多种金属元素,具有较低的检出限,良好的精密度和准确度,可推广应用。
Objective To introduce the standards and methods for the determination of urinary vanadium, chromium, cobalt, cadmium, thallium and lead by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Methods According to GBZ / T 210.5-2008 “Occupational Health Standard Guide - Part 5: Determination of chemical substances in biological materials,” the standard urine samples were diluted 20 times with 1.0% nitric acid, using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry The standard mode and the collision cell mode were used for the quantitative calculation by using the internal standard calibration method of the standard curve. Results The linearity of the six metal elements in the determination range was good, the correlation coefficients were both ≥0.999 1, the detection limits were 0.01-0.08 μg / L, the spiked recoveries were 87.5% -105.8%, the intra-assay precision was 1.3% ~ 5.2%, inter-batch precision of 1.7% ~ 7.2%. Conclusion The standard method “Determination of Vanadium, Chromium, Cobalt, Cadmium, Thallium and Lead in urine by ICP-AES” can simultaneously determine many kinds of metal elements in urine with low detection limit, good precision and accuracy Degree, can promote the application.
