以数码涡旋多联式空调系统为研究对象,通过研究其在夏热冬冷地区制冷运行时部分负荷条件下的运行特性,分析小时能效比、小时耗功随部分负荷率、室外温度的变化规律。研究结果表明:不论室内机开启台数和室外温度如何变化,小时耗功和小时能效比在室内外工况一定时随部分负荷率分别呈下凹和上凸曲线分布,数码涡旋多联式空调机组在部分负荷时具有很好的节能特性;室内机全开、部分负荷率在0.52~1.08范围内,室外温度较高时,小时耗功随部分负荷率增加而增加的趋势更显著,不利于系统节能运行,而室外温度较低时,小时能效比随部分负荷率增加而增加的趋势更显著,有利于系统节能运行;室内外温度一定、部分负荷率相同时,小时耗功随室内机开启台数的增加而减小,小时能效比随室内机开启台数的增加而增加。
Taking the digital scroll multi-type air conditioning system as the research object, this paper studied the operating characteristics of the system under partial load during the cooling operation in the hot summer and cold winter area, and analyzed the changes of the hourly energy efficiency ratio, hourly power consumption with partial load rate and outdoor temperature law. The results show that, regardless of the number of indoor units and the outdoor temperature changes, hourly energy consumption and hour energy efficiency ratio at certain indoor and outdoor conditions with the partial load rate was concave and convex curve, digital scroll multi-linked air conditioning When the indoor unit is fully open and the partial load ratio is in the range of 0.52 ~ 1.08, when the outdoor temperature is higher, the unit hourly power consumption tends to increase with the partial load ratio more obviously, which is not good for the unit When the outdoor temperature is low, the hourly energy efficiency ratio tends to increase with the increase of the partial load rate, which is beneficial to the system’s energy saving operation. When the indoor and outdoor temperatures are the same and the partial load rates are the same, the hourly power consumption is turned on with the indoor unit As the number of stations increases, the hourly energy efficiency ratio increases with the number of indoor units turned on.
