采用失重法实验研究了温度、Cl-浓度对316L不锈钢腐蚀动力学行为的影响;实验判别了316L的晶间腐蚀倾向。结果表明:在Cl-质量浓度为36 516 mg/L,Fe3+质量浓度为776 mg/L的情况下,316L的腐蚀速率随温度的升高而增大,温度超出60℃时腐蚀速率迅速增大,120℃时腐蚀速率达到最大值0.0781 mm/a;根据晶间腐蚀标准可知,316L不锈钢在氯离子含量较高的乙二醇溶液中具有晶间腐蚀倾向。
The effects of temperature and Cl- concentration on the corrosion kinetics of 316L stainless steel were investigated by weight loss method. The intergranular corrosion tendency of 316L was determined experimentally. The results showed that the corrosion rate of 316L increased with the increase of temperature when the Cl-concentration was 36 516 mg / L and the Fe3 + concentration was 776 mg / L. The corrosion rate rapidly increased when the temperature exceeded 60 ℃ , The maximum corrosion rate reached to 0.0781 mm / a at 120 ℃. According to the intergranular corrosion standard, 316L stainless steel has the tendency of intergranular corrosion in ethylene glycol solution with high chloride ion content.
