详细阐述了四轴向经编玻璃纤维织物树脂膜溶渗成型工艺,测试了成型后的复合材料性能,并与同样条件下手糊成型工艺进行对比。结果表明:由于树脂膜溶渗成型工艺复合材料中的纤维体积含量要高于手糊成型工艺,因此其试样的断裂强力、断裂伸长率要高于手糊成型;另外,树脂膜溶渗成型复合材料试样沿不同取向断裂强力由高到低分别是经向、斜向、纬向;经真空辅助成型制备的材料相比手糊成型具有较优异的韧性。
The four-axis warp knitted glass fiber fabric resin film infiltration molding process is described in detail. The properties of the formed composite material are tested and compared with the hand lay-up process under the same conditions. The results showed that the breaking strength and elongation at break of the sample were higher than that of the hand lay-up because the fiber volume content of the resin infiltration molding composite was higher than that of the hand lay-up molding. In addition, Forming composite samples along different orientations of fracture strength from high to low were warp, diagonal, latitudinal; the material prepared by vacuum-assisted molding has better toughness than hand lay-up.
