目的就经阴道超声对未破裂型异位妊娠的诊断及漏误诊进行分析。方法选取2005年6月~2013年6月我院收治的未破裂型宫外孕患者56例,采用探头频率为10赫兹的多普勒超声诊断仪(西门子2000型),观察双附件区有无盆腔积液和异常包块、内膜的改变状况、子宫形态、大小。结果经阴道超声检查,本组有52例患者被诊断为未破裂型宫外孕,误诊1例,漏诊3例,诊断符合率为92.9%。结论经阴道超声的分辨力较高、探头频率高,可使异位妊娠的确诊率大幅度提高,也可有效避免受到腹腔脏器的干扰,尤其是诊断早期未破裂型异位妊娠时,诊断准确性超高,通常可以达到95%,可以降低诊断时对于患者的身体损害,值得在临床大量应用。
Objective To analyze the diagnosis and misdiagnosis of unruptured ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal sonography. Methods Sixty-six patients with unruptured ectopic pregnancy who were admitted to our hospital from June 2005 to June 2013 were selected. Doppler ultrasound (Siemens 2000) with a probe frequency of 10 Hz was used to observe the presence or absence of pelvic mass Fluid and abnormal mass, changes in the intima, uterine morphology, size. Results Transvaginal ultrasonography, 52 patients were diagnosed as unruptured ectopic pregnancy, misdiagnosis in 1 case, missed diagnosis in 3 cases, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 92.9%. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography has high resolution and high probe frequency, which can greatly improve the diagnosis rate of ectopic pregnancy and effectively avoid the interference of abdominal viscera, especially in the diagnosis of early unruptured ectopic pregnancy High accuracy, usually up to 95%, can reduce the physical damage to the patient at the time of diagnosis and deserve to be used clinically.
