18CrMnTi钢是汽车上常用的低碳合金渗碳齿轮材料,在用18CrMnTi钢制成的齿轮进行渗碳淬火的过程中齿轮的花键孔一般均发生缩小现象,严重地影响了产品的装配。本文介绍了齿轮花键孔热处理变形的情况,提出了控制齿轮花键孔热处理变形的方法。齿轮在渗碳淬火后花键内孔及键槽的宽度均相应缩小,我们对三种齿轮(图1、2、3,材料均为18CrMnTi)渗碳淬火后花键内孔变形测量的结果见表1、2。
18CrMnTi steel is a commonly used low carbon alloy carburized gear material in automobiles. During the carburizing and quenching process with gears made of 18CrMnTi steel, the spline holes of the gears generally shrink and seriously affect the assembly of the products. In this paper, the deformation of gear spline hole is introduced, and the method to control the deformation of gear spline hole is proposed. Gear in the carburizing and quenching after the spline bore and keyway width are reduced accordingly, we three gears (Figure 1, 2, 3, materials are 18CrMnTi) after carburizing and quenching the results of spline bore deformation measurement results 1,2.
