伙食保障体制合理与否,直接影响部队生活管理,关系到部队的稳定和全面建设。随着部队现代化、正规化建设的发展,以适度规模为特征的营办伙食作为伙食保障体制改革的一个方向又重新被提出来。本文就实行营办伙食问题进行探讨,为部队伙食保障体制改革提供参考。
Whether the food security system is reasonable or not directly affects the life and management of the armed forces and affects the stability and overall construction of the armed forces. With the modernization of the armed forces and the development of the formalization, the operation of catering featuring a modest scale has been re-introduced as one direction of the reform of the food security system. This article discusses the implementation of the operation of food issues, and provides reference for the reform of the food security system of the troops.
