随着国有企业改革的不断深入,国企职工的主人身份已经发生了重大变化,产生了国有企业民主管理基本依据不足的问题,这对贯彻落实党的十七大提出的民主政治建设任务以及制定、执行企业民主管理政策法规都有着深刻持久的影响,迫切需要将此作为一个重要课题,正面加以研究,并做出符合时代特点的回答。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises, the status of the masters of state-owned enterprises has undergone major changes that have led to the lack of basic basis for the democratic management of state-owned enterprises. This is of great significance to implementing the tasks of democratic political construction proposed by the 17th CPC National Congress, The implementation of democratic management policies and regulations have a profound and lasting impact. There is an urgent need to take this as an important issue to study positively and to make responses that are in keeping with the characteristics of the times.
