采用虚拟样机技术对掘进机的截割系统进行振动仿真,获得掘进机在频率为20 Hz、29 Hz、120 Hz、134 Hz时容易产生共振。因此掘进机在实际使用中,应尽量避免出现这些频率的截割负载,以保证掘进机工作的平稳性。
Using virtual prototyping technology to simulate the cutting system of roadheader, it is easy to produce resonance when boring machine is at 20 Hz, 29 Hz, 120 Hz and 134 Hz. Therefore, in actual use, boring machine should try to avoid the cutting load of these frequencies to ensure the smooth operation of roadheader.
