目的观察应用提上睑肌缩短术治疗中重度先天性上睑下垂的效果。方法对52例(78眼)患重度先天性上睑下垂患者,应用经结膜和皮肤联合切口的方法行提上睑肌缩短术,并对术后效果进行观察。结果本组共治52例78眼,经过3～24个月的随访,术后满意60眼,基本满意13眼,矫正不足5例,无过矫病例,无暴露性角膜炎病例。结论提上睑肌缩短术治疗重度先天性上睑下垂能取得良好的手术效果,值得推广。 Objective To observe the application of levator muscle shortening in the treatment of moderate to severe congenital blepharoptosis. Methods Fifty-two patients (78 eyes) with severe congenital ptosis were treated with conjunctival and skin incision for levator muscle shortening and the postoperative effects were observed. Results A total of 52 eyes (78 eyes) were treated in this study. After 3 to 24 months of follow-up, 60 eyes were satisfactorily satisfied, 13 eyes were satisfactorily satisfied, and 5 eyes were corrected. There were no cases of overcorrection and no case of exposure keratitis. Conclusions Levator muscle shortening for severe congenital blepharoptosis can achieve good surgical results and is worth promoting.
