用环孢素A治疗小儿再生障碍性贫血18例，急再障组有效率42.8％，慢再障组有效率为63.7％；，推荐剂量为6～10mg／kg．d－1，对病初外周血CD4／CD8比值明显降低的再障患儿，建议选择CSA治疗。
