基于浙江省290户中小社员的Logistic回归分析表明,由政府部门发起的合作社,其公共服务满意度较高;服务多样化程度、财务公开、经营管理、民主参与、培训次数等直接服务过程以及农户间信任、促进政府与农户间沟通等社会功能对于合作社公共服务满意度具有显著的正向影响。应对各级示范合作社的政策扶持和下乡的部门利益、资本利益进行必要规约,重点扶持能满足中小社员服务需求的“真”合作社;将合作社治理的核心放在保持其公共服务过程对于中小社员的开放性上;注重发展合作社对于中小社员的社会整合功能。
Based on Logistic regression analysis of 290 middle and small members in Zhejiang Province, it shows that cooperatives initiated by government departments have higher satisfaction with public services; direct service processes such as service diversification, financial disclosure, management, democratic participation and training times, as well as farmers Inter-trust and promotion of social functions such as communication between government and farmers have a significant positive impact on the satisfaction of public service in cooperatives.
