为适应加工高硫高氮催化重整原料和加大装置处理量的需要,石油化工科学研究院开发成功了高空速石脑油加氢精制催化剂RS-1。经长岭炼油化工总厂等催化重整预加氢装置的长期工业应用表明,在压力1.6~2.0MPa、温度260~280℃、氢油体积比60~90、体积空速8~10h-1的条件下,可用硫、氮含量分别为≤800μg/g、≤3.0μg/g的直馏汽油生产出硫、氮含量都<0.5μg/g、其它杂质含量合格的重整进料;当用硫、氮含量分别≤350μg/g、≤10μg/g的掺焦化汽油的混合汽油为原料时,在压力2.0~3.0MPa、温度280~300℃、氢油体积比100~200、体积空速6.0~8.0h-1的条件下精制,产物符合重整进料要求。因此,RS-1催化剂具有加氢脱硫脱氮活性高、烯烃饱和能力强、机械强度好、稳定性好的优点,可广泛用于上述原料的加氢精制。

Therefore, the RS-1 catalyst has the advantages of high hydrodesulfurization and denitrification activity, strong olefin saturation ability, good mechanical strength and good stability, and can be widely applied to the hydrotreating of the above raw materials.
