农村学前教育一直是我国教育事业发展中的薄弱环节,农村学前儿童属于处境不利群体,当前仍有很大部分农村儿童没机会接受学前教育。教育是人生的起点,是社会公平的支点。农村学前儿童的受教育权必须得到尊重和保障。
Preschool education in rural areas has always been a weak link in the development of education in our country. Preschool children in rural areas belong to disadvantaged groups and most rural children still do not have the chance to receive preschool education. Education is the starting point of life and the fulcrum of social fairness. The educational rights of preschool children in rural areas must be respected and guaranteed.
