近几年来,随着整个社会对于青少年体质状况下降的认识,越来越多的家长意识到了孩子体育锻炼的重要性,鼓励孩子参加业余体育锻炼的越来越多,特别是选择田径项目锻炼的孩子越来越多,他们中的部分学生是为了强健身体,还有一部分就是有比较好的身体素质,希望在这一方面经过科学的训练能够有一定的成绩,为未来的发展提供更多的出路,所以青少年业余体育锻炼工作逐渐开始受到更多的关注。
