采用名义组分为YBa_2Cu_3O_(9-x)的原料,经过高温陶瓷烧结工艺,制备出高Tc的Y-Ba-Cu-O超导体。测试样品的Tc为91K;X—射线衍射谱分析证明,样品接近单相,其主要相为钙钛矿结构。
Y-Ba-Cu-O superconductors with high Tc were prepared by the high-temperature ceramic sintering process with the raw material of nominal composition YBa 2 Cu 3 O 9 (9-x). Tc of the test sample is 91K; X-ray diffraction analysis shows that the sample is close to a single phase and the major phase is a perovskite structure.
