建立了涡旋振荡辅助离子液体萃取-高效液相色谱法测定食品接触材料中苯酚、双酚A和对叔丁基苯酚迁移量的分析方法。应用疏水性离子液体[C6mim][PF6]萃取食品接触材料水和3%乙酸(w/v)浸泡液中的溶出酚,考察了涡旋时间、盐浓度、样品溶液相与离子液体相体积比、溶液pH等因素对萃取效率的影响。苯酚、双酚A和对叔丁基苯酚在0.08~2.0 mg/L范围内均具有良好的线性,回收率在91.3%~104.9%之间,检出限(S/N=3)为0.04、0.02、0.02 mg/L。用于测定聚碳酸酯(PC)杯样品中的酚类迁移量获得了满意的结果。
A method for the determination of the migration of phenol, bisphenol A and p-tert-butylphenol in food contact materials by vortex-oscillation assisted ionic liquid extraction and high performance liquid chromatography was established. The results showed that the vortex time, the salt concentration, the phase volume ratio of the sample solution phase to the ionic liquid phase were all investigated by the extraction of the phenol in the water of the contact material and the soaking solution of 3% acetic acid (w / v) by using the hydrophobic ionic liquid [C6mim] , Solution pH and other factors on the extraction efficiency.
