随着农村改革的深入和产业结构的调整,我省食用菌生产得到迅速发展,产量连年上升。据1987年的统计,全省黑木耳、香菇两大食用菌骨干品种的产量达到4361吨,比1980年增长近5倍。食用菌生产的发展,给我省贫困的山区经济注入了生机和活力。但是,培育乔菇、木耳要消耗大量木材,随着近几年食用菌产量倍增,可供采伐的菌用材也因之急剧减少,开始发生严重的资源危机。
With the deepening of rural reform and the adjustment of industrial structure, mushroom production in our province has witnessed rapid development, and the output has risen year after year. According to the statistics of 1987, the output of the two main edible fungus varieties of black fungus and shiitake in the whole province reached 4361 tons, nearly five times that of 1980. The development of mushroom production has injected vitality into the impoverished mountainous areas of our province. However, cultivation of mushrooms, fungus to consume large amounts of wood, with the doubled production of edible mushrooms in recent years, also available for harvesting bacteria material due to the sharp decline in the beginning of a serious resource crisis.
