目前,K型三通阀的滤尘网是在卸三通阀时将滤尘网取出,待安装三通阀时又将滤尘网装上。这样,在卸三通阀时容易把滤尘网损坏,在装三通阀时有的漏装滤尘网,有的不装滤尘填料,甚至还有的将破损的滤尘网装上,造成滤尘填料在列车管充风时,将滤尘填料吹入止回阀或紧急阀之间,造成自动抱闸。为了保证三通阀的作用,保持压力空气洁净,避免在装卸三通阀时漏装滤尘网,特提出以下改进结构建议供参考。
