能源行业比如电力、石油石化等是离老百姓生活最近的行业之一,他们的服务直接关系到老百姓的生活质量。在新的改革方案下,电力将成为真正的商品,也就是说,将来用电者有权选择供电方。因此,电力营销系统的建设也将成为行业投资热点,尤其是客户服务系统。同样在石油石化行业,随着市场的逐步放开,国外的公司比如 shell 公司等正逐渐进入国内市场,服务上的竞争必将白热化。而煤炭行业相对以上两个行业来说,信息化程度相对较低,近期煤炭行业的投资重点将集中在安全生产系统方面。
