在Wistar大鼠肝左叶被膜下接种Walker-256系肝癌组织6天后,将5-氟尿嘧啶硅橡胶囊控释植入剂(5-FuCI)植入肿瘤所在的肝左叶,观察其抑瘤率及带瘤大鼠生存时间,并与对照组及5-FuCI放置于肝右叶组相比较。结果表明:3组动物30天生存率分别为100%、33.3%及50%。实验组动物抑瘤率为96.3%,且动物生存时间较其它两组明显延长(P<0.05),光镜下可见大量癌细胞坏死。
Wisk rats were inoculated with Walker-256 hepatocarcinoma under the capsule of the left liver for 6 days. 5-Fluorouracil silicone rubber capsule controlled-release implant (5-FuCI) was implanted into the left hepatic lobe of the tumor to observe the tumor inhibition rate. The survival time of the tumor-bearing rats was compared with that of the control group and 5-FuCI in the right hepatic lobe group. The results showed that the 30-day survival rates of the three groups of animals were 100%, 33.3%, and 50%, respectively. The tumor inhibition rate of the experimental group was 96.3%, and the survival time of the animals was significantly longer than that of the other two groups (P<0.05). A large number of cancer cell necrosis was observed under light microscope.
