[摘要] 目的 探讨超声SMI技术在评估颈动脉硬化斑块相关指标中的临床应用价值,以期为临床颈动脉硬化斑块的检测提供理论指导。 方法 选取2018年1月~2019年1月于我院经超声检查发现50例颈动脉硬化斑块患者的52个斑块,分别运用超声SMI技术和e-flow技术检测斑块内新生血管情况,对检测结果进行对比分析。 结果 本次观察50例颈动脉硬化患者的52个斑块,运用e-flow检测技术检出斑块内新生血管阳性率48.1%(25/52),显著低于超声SMI技术的阳性率80.8%(42/52)(P<0.05)。 结论 超声SMI技术检测颈动脉硬化斑块内新生血管显示率优于超声e-flow技术,在评估颈动脉硬化斑块相关指标的临床应用价值上具有较大的优势,值得在临床上大面积推广及应用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical application value of ultrasound SMI technique in the evaluation of carotid atherosclerotic plaque-related indexes, in order to provide theoretical guidance for the clinical detection of carotid atherosclerotic plaque. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019, 52 plaques in 50 patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaques detected by ultrasound in our hospital were selected. The ultrasonic SMI technique and e-flow technology were used to detect the neovascularization in plaque. The detection results were compared and analyzed.
