一、焊接条件和要求 南昌钢铁厂开坯分厂2~#加热炉高温段采用耐热钢滑块(材料为ZGCr28Ni18Si2)焊于114×18纵水管(材料为20G)上。异种钢焊接存在焊缝稀释、残余应力大等问题。滑块与纵水管在炉外焊接,然后进炉强力装配。要求焊接变形越小越好,焊缝在高温下不脱落不开裂,能长期使用。 二、焊接工艺 焊条选用奥氏体化能力比ZGCr28Ni18Si2更强的“奥407”不锈钢焊条,用手工电弧焊方法焊接。 焊前用对纵水管严格除锈,焊接处周围磨亮,焊条在300℃温度下烘干1小时。
