研究了玉米不同基因型( 自交系或杂交组合) 材料和不同来源的外植体组织培养的诱导率,结果表明,供试的所有基因型的幼叶、成熟胚、幼雌穗、幼雄穗均能诱导出愈伤组织并分化出植株,但差异很大。如9046 四种不同外植体诱导频率均较高,而C8605 四种不同外植体的诱导频率均较低。4 种外植体中以幼雄穗诱导频率最高,平均60 % 以上,幼雌穗为30 % ~40 % ,成熟胚和幼叶均在20 % 以下。不同基因型愈伤组织的分化率也有显著差异( 幼穗分化率变化在28 % ~88 % ) 。
The induction rate of tissue culture of different genotypes of maize (inbred lines or hybrid combinations) and explants from different origins was studied. The results showed that the young leaves, mature embryos, young females and young male of all tested genotypes Spike can induce callus and differentiate into plants, but the difference is very big.
