本文通过对水铜热管爆破强度的研究,找出了随温度升高,爆破强度下降的原因是由于焊缝中存在低熔点共晶体及脆性相,提出了提高强度的措施。
In this paper, through the study of the burst strength of the water-copper heat pipe, the reason of the decrease of the burst strength with the increase of the temperature is found to be due to the existence of the low melting point eutectic and the brittle phase in the weld, and the measures to improve the strength are proposed.
