一、问题的提出众所周知,50BA钢在国防工业中用它来制造××等部件。多数都是调质加发兰状态供货。经过实践表明,部件在服役过程中,遇到潮湿的、气温较高的环境条件下,往往引起局部锈蚀现象,显然,这是由于部件在使用过程中多次摩擦、或碰撞,发兰层很容易被剥落下来,结果,被暴露在外面的是调质状态的基体钢材,因为它的耐腐蚀性能不高,在恶劣的湿热气候条件下,就有可能引起腐蚀现象。作者通过离子氮化这一新的途径,探索提高50BA钢耐腐蚀性与耐磨性的新工艺。
