本文在一台电控单体泵柴油机上开展了柴油甲醇双燃料燃烧运行边界的研究。结果表明在以替代率和负荷率为横纵轴的坐标系中柴油甲醇双燃料燃烧运行区域类似横置的等腰梯形,并存在三种状况的运行边界,分别是爆震、部分燃烧和失火。横置梯形的中上部是高效区,下部为低效区。梯形上腰是爆震线,下腰是燃料经济性不良的部分燃烧线,上底是失火和爆震交替发生的失火线。柴油甲醇双燃料燃烧运行区域的确定,对双燃料燃烧特性的理解和整车标定有重要帮助。
In this paper, an electrically controlled single-block diesel engine diesel-methanol dual-fuel combustion operating boundary. The determination of diesel methanol dual fuel combustion operating area has important help in understanding dual fuel combustion characteristics and vehicle calibration.
