目的为临床及科研提供糖尿病(DM)性阳萎动物模型。方法应用sprague-dauley大鼠腹腔内注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)制造DM动物模型。根据临床表现,尿糖、血糖及糖化血红蛋白来综合诊断DM。注射脱水吗啡(APO)后观察6周(Ⅰ组)、8周(Ⅱ组)、12周(Ⅲ组)时,DM组、空白对照组(NDM)及STZ药物对照组(STZ)阴茎勃起及打呵欠的情况。结果3组中DM组与NDM或STZ组比,阴茎勃起率、阴茎勃起次数及打呵欠次数明显降低(P<0.001,P<0.01及P<0.01);而NDM与STZ组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。3组DM组阴茎勃起率两两相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。即随DM病程延长,阴茎勃起率明显下降。结果提示DM严重影响阴茎勃起功能,且与其病程明显相关。在DM动物模型的基础上注射APO可为临床科研筛选DM性阳萎动物模型
Objective To provide animal model of diabetic (DM) impotence for clinical and scientific research. Methods The animal model of DM was established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) in sprague-dauley rats. According to clinical manifestations, urine sugar, blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin to comprehensive diagnosis of DM. After 6 weeks (Ⅰ group), 8 weeks (Ⅱ group) and 12 weeks (Ⅲ group), the erection of penis in DM group, blank control group (STN) and STZ group Yawning situation. Results Compared with NDM or STZ group, the penile erection rate, penile erection frequency and yawning times in DM group were significantly decreased (P <0.001, P <0.01 and P <0.01), while NDM and STZ There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was significant difference in penile erection rate among three groups (P <0.05). Namely with the prolongation of DM, penile erection rate decreased significantly. The results suggest that DM severely affects penile erection and is significantly related to its duration. Injecting APO on the basis of animal models of DM can screen DM animal models for clinical research
