目的建立高效液相色谱法测定祖卡木颗粒中甘草苷、甘草酸含量的方法。方法色谱条件:Amethyst-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相A为乙腈,B为0.05%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速1 m L/min;检测波长237 nm。结果色谱峰分离情况良好,甘草苷在0.043 88~0.438 8μg(r=0.999 9)、甘草酸铵在0.044 48~0.444 8μg(r=0.999 4)范围内具有良好线性关系。平均加样回收率甘草苷为97.56%(RSD=0.90%),甘草酸铵为100.59%(RSD=1.02%)。结论本方法处理简便,测定结果准确,重复性好,可用于本品的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid in Zuqam granules by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Amethyst-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase A was acetonitrile, B was 0.05% phosphoric acid solution and gradient elution; flow rate was 1 m L / min; Results The chromatographic peaks were well separated. There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of glycyrrhizin and 0.0488-0.438 8μg (r = 0.999 9) and ammonium glycyrrhizinate 0.044 48-0.484 8μg (r = 0.999 4). The average recovery rate of glycyrrhizin was 97.56% (RSD = 0.90%) and ammonium glycyrrhizinate was 100.59% (RSD = 1.02%). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of this product.
