疲劳是体育界永恒的话题。消除疲劳对于中长跑运动员就显得尤为重要。研究结果表明,中长跑运动员产生疲劳的原因为中枢性疲劳和外周性疲劳两大方面;中长跑运动员疲劳的恢复手段主要有物理恢复、心理疗法、营养补充三个方面。
Fatigue is the eternal topic of sports. Elimination of fatigue for long-distance runners is particularly important. The results show that the causes of fatigue of middle and long distance runners are central fatigue and peripheral fatigue. The recovery methods of fatigue of middle and long distance runners mainly include physical recovery, psychological therapy and nutritional supplement.
