目的研究小果菝葜Smilax davidiana的化学成分。方法采用60%乙醇回流提取,大孔吸附树脂SP825、Sephadex LH-20、硅胶和ODS柱色谱,以及制备HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,并根据化合物的光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从小果菝葜中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为白藜芦醇(Ⅰ)、反式白藜芦醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ)、顺式白藜芦醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(Ⅳ)、3′-甲氧基-槲皮素-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(Ⅴ)、儿茶素(Ⅵ)、表儿茶素(Ⅶ)、1′-O-苄基-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅷ)、1′-O-苯乙基-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅸ)、1′-O-苯乙基-β-D-呋喃芹菜糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅹ)、2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮-2,4-二-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅺ)、3-甲基-正丁醇-1-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(ⅩⅡ)。结论化合物Ⅴ、Ⅷ~Ⅹ和ⅩⅡ为首次从菝葜属植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ和Ⅺ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Smilax davidiana. Methods 60% ethanol reflux extraction, macroporous resin SP825, Sephadex LH-20, silica gel and ODS column chromatography, and preparative HPLC were used to separate and purify the compounds. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic data. RESULTS: Twelve compounds were isolated from the leaves of Scutellaria barbata and identified as resveratrol (Ⅰ), trans resveratrol -3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅱ) 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅲ), quercetin -3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (Ⅳ), 3’-methoxy-quercetin -3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (Ⅴ), catechin (Ⅵ), epicatechin (Ⅶ), 1’-O-benzyl-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅷ), 1’-O-phenethyl-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- Glucopyranoside (IX), 1’-O-phenethyl-β-D-furan celery glycosyl- (1 → 2) -β-D-glucopyranoside (X) Trihydroxyacetophenone 2,4-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (XI), 3-methyl-n-butanol -1-O- α -L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (XII). Conclusion Compounds Ⅴ, Ⅷ ~ Ⅹ and Ⅹ Ⅱ were isolated from genus Sesamum for the first time. Compounds Ⅰ ~ Ⅳ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ and Ⅺ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
