目的:总结评价扬州市某三甲医院近8年人才招聘效果。方法:通过对2008年至2015年人才招聘数据进行分析,从及时性、质量和满意度三个方面评价招聘效果。结果:计划完成率保持在80%左右,到期转正率保持在90%左右,满意度不断提高。结论:该院近年招聘效果较好,基本满足补充需要,人员录用质量稳步提高,各方满意度不断提高,但仍需扩大用人自主权、完善试用期转正考核制度、不断改进流程、更新理念。
Objective: To summarize and evaluate the effect of talent recruitment in a top three hospital in Yangzhou city in recent 8 years. Methods: By analyzing the recruitment data from 2008 to 2015, we evaluate the recruitment effect from three aspects: timeliness, quality and satisfaction. Results: The planned completion rate remained at about 80%, the maturity rate of 90% or so, satisfaction increased. Conclusion: The hospital has good recruitment results in recent years, basically meeting the needs of supplementary services. The quality of staff recruitment has been steadily improved and the satisfaction of all parties has been continuously improved. However, the employer autonomy should be further expanded to improve the examination system during the probationary period and to continuously improve processes and update concepts.
