电视是一项重设备、高投入、高消耗的事业,没有财力不仅节目办不好.而且无法生存。在国家一时拿不出很多钱来办电视的情况下,电视台要生存、要办好,必须抓好自己的创收。前几年,由于内部运行机制等方面的原因,我台的创收始终徘徊不前。为了改变这一状况,从1992年初开始,我们结合台里实际,大胆地在搞“活”创收方面作了改革探索,取得了较明显的成效。在增加创收的同时,我们注意理顺分配,极大地调动了全台职工的积极性。

While increasing revenue, we paid attention to rationalizing distribution and greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of the entire staff.
