对于采用节段预制拼装工艺的波腹板组合结构,目前还未有研究。混凝土腹板由波腹板替换后,增加了波形钢腹板的定位、连接工序,有必要针对波腹板节段梁预制及安装环节中影响施工工效的关键因素展开研究,以适应工厂化制造及机械化安装的特点。为此,展开了足尺模型工艺试验验证其施工可行性,试验结果表明:节段预制拼装波腹板组合结构适应工厂化制作、装配化施工的理念,技术可行。
