企业社会责任是“十三·五”背景下中国企业和社会各界关注的热点话题。众所周知,企业慈善行为被广泛运用到企业的营销战略中去,以期能够实现企业经济目标和社会目标的兼容。然而,当前我国企业社会责任实施现状不容乐观,企业社会责任履行偏重慈善行为。通过对国内外企业慈善策略行为的动机以及对企业绩效影响的述评,研究认为政府部门或者社会组织应当构建完善的企业社会责任评价体系,引导企业树立正确的社会责任观,为全面建成小康社会贡献力量。
Corporate social responsibility is a hot topic of concern to Chinese enterprises and all walks of life under the background of “13th Five-Year Plan”. As we all know, corporate philanthropy is widely applied to the marketing strategy of the enterprise, in order to achieve the economic goals of the enterprise and social goals. However, the current status of China’s corporate social responsibility implementation is not optimistic, corporate social responsibility performance to focus on charitable activities. Through the comments on the motivation of corporate philanthropy strategy at home and abroad and its impact on corporate performance, the author thinks that government departments or social organizations should construct a sound corporate social responsibility evaluation system, guide enterprises to establish a correct view of social responsibility and contribute to the building of an overall well-to-do society power.
