2002年9月，石景山区被评为全国社区建设示范区。12月，石景山区成为北京市各区县政府信息化项目中第一个实行信息网络安全服务和第一个引入监理机制项目的区县。2003年4月，信息网络安全工程分别通过了北京市信息安全测评中心的测试验收和专家组验收。专家认为该工程体现了现有安全技术和条件所能达到的较高防护水平，为北京市信息网络安全建设起到了示范作用。11月，区政务办公平台在全区党政机关和企事业单位全面应用，全区范围内的无纸化办公基本实现。2004年６月，作为国家建设部“数字城市”首批示范项目之一的《北京市石景山区城市建设管理信息系统》投入运行并通过专家鉴定，入选北京市优秀电子政务项目，被北京市市政管委列为数字市政示范基地之首。石景山区“数字石景山”的建设从1994年开始起步，2001年成立区信息化工作领导小组与区信息化工作办公室，十年来“数字石景山”建设取得了比较显著的成绩，走上了一条规范化、系统化的发展道路。“数字石景山”建设情况怎样？又如何在近几年里信息化建设水平得到大幅度提高？带着疑问，记者采访了石景山区信息化工作办公室主任富大鹏。
September 2002, Shijingshan District was named the National Community Construction Demonstration Zone. In December, Shijingshan District became the first county to implement information network security service and the first project to introduce supervision mechanism in all districts and counties in Beijing. In April 2003, the information network security project passed the test acceptance and expert group acceptance of Beijing Information Security Assessment Center respectively. Experts believe that the project embodies the existing security technology and conditions can achieve a higher level of protection for the construction of Beijing’s information network security has played an exemplary role. In November, the district government affairs office platform was fully applied in the party and government organs, enterprises and public institutions throughout the region, and the paperless office within the district was basically realized. In June 2004, “Beijing Shijingshan District Urban Construction Management Information System”, one of the first demonstration projects of “Digital City” of the Ministry of Construction, was put into operation and passed the appraisal of experts. It was selected as one of the outstanding e-government projects in Beijing by Beijing Municipal Government Political commission as the first demonstration of digital municipal bases. The construction of “Digital Shijingshan Mountain” in Shijingshan District started from 1994. In 2001, the Leading Group for District Informatization and District Informatization Office were established. In the past ten years, the construction of “Digital Shijingshan Mountain” has made remarkable achievements and embarked on a standardized, Systematic development path. “Digital Shijingshan” how to build? And how in recent years the level of information technology has been greatly improved? With questions, the reporter interviewed Shijingshan District Director of Informatization Office Fu Dapeng.
