本文参照Wagner等应用的QRS积分法,对60例急进高原者进行自身对照,旨在探讨该法在观察急进高原后(5 172米)心泵功能变化中的意义。本文结果提示:急进高原后QRS积分有一定的变化,0分组减少,3分组从无到有。有急性高山反应者,QRS积分的变化显著,3分组达到27.8%,说明低氧对心泵功能有一定的影响。心电图QRS积分法具有无创性,简单,重复性强,可普遍开展等优点。本文首次引用QRS积分法于线心梗患者,作为急进高原者心泵功能的估价尚属初次尝试,需进一步研讨。
In this paper, Wagner and other applications of QRS integration method for 60 cases of rapid plateau self-control, to explore the method of observation in the acute plateau (5 172 meters) in the significance of changes in cardiac pump function. The results of this paper suggest that there is a certain change in the QRS score after the rapid advancement of the plateau, with the 0 group decreasing and the 3 grouping occurring from scratch. There was a significant change in QRS scores in patients with acute mountain responses, with 27.8% in the 3 subgroup, indicating hypoxia had some effect on cardiac pump function. Electrocardiogram QRS integral method with noninvasive, simple, repeatable, can be widely carried out and so on. This article for the first time quoted QRS integration method in patients with myocardial infarction, as the first step to evaluate the cardiopulmonary bypass pump function, need further study.
