本文通过调查研究事业单位档案管理现状,发现一些单位存在岗位人员冗余、档案使用效率低、档案管理人员技术程度低等问题,通过对这些问题形成原因的分析,提出目前档案管理工作水平提升的必要性。笔者提出需要创新事业单位的档案管理工作并提出几个创新点,例如建设数字化档案管理系统、加强人员培训,提高工作水平、指导员工重视档案利用问题、重视档案风险管理。希望通过此文能够提醒管理人员重视如今的档案管理工作,应面向现代技术的发展,转变档案管理工作形式。
By investigating the status quo of archives management in public institutions, this paper finds that there are some staffs such as redundant staff, inefficient use of archives and low technical level of archivists. Based on the analysis of the causes of these problems, the author proposes that the current archives management level should be improved necessity. The author proposes the need of innovative institutions file management and put forward several innovations, such as building a digital file management system, strengthening personnel training, improve the work level, guiding staff to attach importance to the file utilization, emphasis on file risk management. Hope that through this article to remind managers to attach importance to today’s file management, should be oriented to the development of modern technology, change the form of file management.
