为了提高甘蓝型油菜(Brassica napus L.)花粉胚状体的诱导频率,进行了花药接种前的低温处理和接种后的高温处理,试验采用了五种不同温度的分段培养,对比了变温处理的效应。结果表明:不同基因型油菜花药培养,对变温处理的反应有差异;低、高温处理花药,对胚状体的类型有明显的影响;根据胚状体的形状和大小不同可分为五类,它们的再生植株能力不同。变温处理可以提高甘蓝型油菜花粉胚状体诱导频率和正常胚比率。
