本文对３２例高血压患者进行悦宁定药物观察，其结果表明：悦宁定对轻、中度高血压病人降压作用稳定持久、副作用少。悦宁定１０ｍｇ／ｄ口服，对收缩压及舒张压在２４ｈ内均有明显降压作用，在１ｗ内血压稳定，并能逆转肥厚心肌。可作为一线降压药物。
In this paper, 32 patients with hypertensive patients Yuening Ding drug observation, the results show that: Yuening Ding light and moderate hypertension in patients with stable and sustained antihypertensive effects, fewer side effects.
