1981年东方红炼油厂赴日进修小组在日本出光兴产公司爱知炼油厂发现,日本炼油厂的罐区有两个显著特点:一是储罐容积普遍较大,一般为1~2万米~3;二是盘管加热蒸汽的压力普遍较低,为2.2~2.5公斤/厘米~2.据现场观察,加热盘管不打水锤的主要措施是使加热盘管向蒸汽出口方向自然倾斜,同时,采用一种新型疏水器——泵抽式疏水器(Pumping Trap),利用未通过盘管的新鲜蒸汽的压力能,将通过盘管的凝结水送走,参见图1.
