目的研究云南天然鹿衔草醇提物对小鼠的辐射防护作用。方法昆明种小鼠随机分为5组:正常对照组、照射对照组和低、中、高剂量给药组,给药组小鼠通过灌胃给予不同剂量药物,对照组给予生理盐水。采用60Co-γ射线对小鼠进行一次性全身照射6 Gy建立动物模型,观察鹿衔草醇提物对小鼠外周血白细胞、红细胞、血小板,骨髓DNA含量、骨髓有核细胞数、脾集落形成和胸腺、脾脏指数的影响。结果有核细胞计数、脾指数,中剂量组大于照射对照组,且组间差异显著(P<0.05);白细胞、脾结节数、脾指数、骨髓DNA含量和有核细胞计数,高剂量组小鼠大于照射对照组,且组间差异显著(P<0.05);胸腺指数,中、高剂量组小鼠大于照射对照组,且组间差异显著(P<0.01)。结论鹿衔草醇提物对辐射小鼠免疫系统有一定的防护作用。
AIM To study the radioprotective effects of natural extracts of Aristolochia yunnanensis in mice on mice. Methods Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal control group, irradiation control group and low, medium and high dose groups. The mice in the treatment group were given different doses of drugs by intragastric administration and the control group were given normal saline. 60Co-γ-ray irradiation was used to establish a animal model of whole-body irradiation with 6 Gy in mice. The contents of leukocyte, erythrocyte, platelet, bone marrow DNA, the number of bone marrow nucleated cells, spleen colony formation And thymus, spleen index. The results showed that the number of nucleated cells, spleen index and middle dose group were higher than that of irradiated control group (P <0.05). The number of leukocytes, spleen and nodules, spleen index, bone marrow DNA content and nucleated cell count, (P <0.05). The mice in the thymus index, middle and high dose groups were larger than the irradiated control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The ethanol extract from Cervus nippon Bletilla striata plays a protective role in the immune system of irradiated mice.
