在冷静反思传统观念及当下流行的教学观念和现象的基础上,本文认为,学生的自由与自主是教学及其改革的根本前提而非目的性追求。转识成智,导引知识走向智慧,提高人的生存智慧是教学及其改革的关键。教学在关照现实生活世界的同时,提升人的精神世界和精神生活更是教学及其改革的主旨。学生的自由与自主是生活实践中的自由与自主,建构与提升精神生活都离不开对学生生活世界的关照。
On the basis of calmly reflecting on the traditional concepts and current popular teaching concepts and phenomena, this paper argues that the freedom and autonomy of students are the fundamental premise of teaching and reform rather than the pursuit of purpose. Turn knowledge into wisdom, guide knowledge to wisdom, and improve people’s living wisdom is the key to teaching and its reform. Teaching in the real life world, while improving the spiritual world and spiritual life is the teaching and reform of the main thrust. Students’ freedom and autonomy are the freedom and autonomy in life practice. Constructing and promoting spiritual life can not be separated from the student life.
