名人代言虚假广告所造成的社会危害性要远远高于一般性的虚假广告。近年来,名人代言虚假广告案件层出不穷,给消费者造成了伤害,对社会造成了负面影响。社会各界必须对此予以重视,多方协调,加强立法、监察和治理力度,从根本上解决这一问题,让我国广告行业的发展纳入良性的运作轨道,同时为我国和谐社会的建设提供有力的保障。
The celebrity endorsement of false advertising caused by social harm is much higher than the general false advertising. In recent years, celebrity endorsement of fake advertising cases have emerged endlessly, causing harm to consumers and having a negative impact on the society.
