目的:评价锡类散与美沙拉嗪肠溶片联用灌肠治疗直肠型溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年3月—2014年12月间诊治的活动性直肠型溃疡性结肠炎患者56例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组(每组28例);对照组患者均给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片溶于0.9%氯化钠注射液中灌肠治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用锡类散灌肠治疗,评价两组患者治疗前后的总有效率、肠炎症状活动指数(DAI)评分值、内镜评分值和血小板计数(PLT)、血沉(ESR)、超敏C-反应蛋白(HS-CRP)值以及治疗过程中不良反应的发生率。结果:治疗组患者临床治疗后的总有效率为92.86%,明显高于对照组为75.00%(P<0.05);PLT、ESR、HS-CRP和DAI评分值和内镜评分值低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后的PLT、ESR和HS-CRP值明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);两组患者用药期间不良反应的发生率分别为14.29%和17.86%,经比较其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用锡类散与美沙拉嗪肠溶片联用灌肠治疗直肠型溃疡性结肠炎患者的疗效优于单用美沙拉嗪肠溶的疗效,能有效改善患者临床症状,减轻或缓解其炎症反应。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of tin-class powder combined with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of rectal ulcerative colitis. Methods: From March 2011 to December 2014, 56 patients with active rectal ulcerative colitis were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group (28 cases in each group) Sarazin enteric-coated tablets dissolved in 0.9% sodium chloride injection enema treatment group in the control group based on the use of tin-type scattered enema treatment, the two groups before and after treatment to assess the total effective rate of inflammatory activity index (DAI) score, endoscopic score and platelet count (PLT), ESR, HS-CRP and the incidence of adverse reactions in the course of treatment.
