我厂生化脱酚工段废水循环槽高4M,在地面下有1.5M,其余在地面上(如图一所示)。为了测量液面变化,在地下阴井内接装了差压变送器,变送器之正压室与槽底部之静压引出管相接。用测量静压的大小来反映液位的变化,但因阴井潮湿,变送器不能正常工作,为此把变送器安装在地面上1米处。再用变送器迁移原理,同样达到了反映液面全程变化的要求。
