目的 观察 H P感染后胃粘液细胞间紧密连接的变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法 6 例有 H P感染(快速尿素酶试验阳性)胃粘膜窦部活检标本,采用超薄切片技术及冷冻蚀刻技术处理后, H U12 A 透射电镜观察。结果 H P常聚集在胃粘液细胞连接的附近,甚至可沿细胞间隙向深部浸润。冷冻蚀刻复型膜观察显示:部分粘液细胞间紧密连接条索数减少,断裂或缺失,部分细胞间紧密连接条索数目增多,并向深部延伸,可游离存在或构成稀疏的网状遍布于细胞的侧面。结论 H P感染后,作为胃粘膜屏障组成部分之一的胃粘液细胞间紧密连接的破坏可能是 H P致病的一个重要机制。
Objective To observe the changes of gastric mucosal tight junctions after Hp infection and to explore its clinical significance. Methods Six cases of H p infection (rapid urease test positive) gastric mucosa sinus biopsy specimens, using ultra-thin section technique and cryo-etching technique, H U 12 A transmission electron microscopy. Results Hp often gathered in the vicinity of gastric mucus cells, and even deep into the intercellular space infiltration. Frozen etched retina showed that some of the mucous cells tightly connected to the number of cords decreased, broken or missing, the number of closely linked part of the cell lines increased and extended to the deep, free or sparse network exists throughout the cells The side. Conclusion The disruption of the tight junctions between gastric mucus cells as one of the components of gastric mucosal barrier may be an important mechanism of H P pathogenesis after H p infection.
